The Mesa 25.0 open-source graphics stack has been released, presenting a significant update that enhances various included graphics drivers.
One of the main highlights of Mesa 25.0 is the introduction of Vulkan 1.4 support for RADV (AMD), ANV (Intel), NVK (NVIDIA), Turnip (Qualcomm), Asahi (Apple), and Lavapipe (software) drivers. Additionally, it adds Vulkan 1.1 support along with new features such as shaderInt16, shaderInt64, imageCubeArray, depthClamp, and more for the PanVK driver, which is specifically for Mali GPUs.
