In the realm of web development, Firefox 130 updates include enhancements to the WebCryptoAPI by supporting Curve25519 primitives, such as Ed25519 signatures and X25519 key generation. Additionally, the Web Codecs API has been activated on desktop versions, providing in-depth access to audio and video encoders and decoders.
